Here's the latest video from Ilya Arkhipov (aka Haárps) for his new alt-metal single "Overdosed". He employed the help of fellow producer Skaen, Mücahid on lead guitar, Konstantin Ter-Grigoryan on bass and Shamil Gadzhiev on drums. Not my cup of tea overall, takes me back to the early 00s when I was scanning MTV and VIVA for hip-hop clips only to face hours of alt-rock singles. It is, however, a step in a new direction after his previous LPs that were more rooted in electronic realm. "Overdosed" can be purchased here.

Haárps - Beware feat. Crossparty // video

Post-apocalyptic, AI-fueled and forever mutating video to the latest single from Istanbul-based Russian producer Ilya Arkhipov (also known as Vagina Vangi and BOGUE). Featuring vocals from Crossparty's Varvara Shueva, as well as backing from musicians Konstantin Ter-Grigoryan (bass) and Shamil Gadzhiev (drums), "Beware" sits at the intersection of witch house and doom/post-metal. Shouty vocals from Varvara are paired with heavy guitar shredding, amazing drumwork and classic sounding witchy synths. The single launches new label Holy Church!
