"The sequel no-one asked for" says Medulasa, in the notes section of their latest single "Magma II". A follow up to their previous project Partisan's "Magma", part two takes the deconstructed club on the grill, and flips it focusing more on the club part rather than deconstruction like its predecessor. It's still hard as hell and sounds big, make sure to support here.
Medulasa took on a task to rescore Tron, with the complete soundtrack scheduled for the upcoming online festival SMHOAKSTOCK that runs throughout the first two weeks of December. But thanks to the Bandcamp day we're getting a hefty "excerpts" version of it now. "Legacies" is a futuristic sonic response to a science fiction classic, Bunny's sound fluidly moves between synth-ambient and IDM soundscapes, cyberpunk trance and techno, and they even throw in a dystopian metal curveball because why the hell not. Very well crafted record that not only Tron fans will appreciate for sure.
