God Is War & The Vomit Arsonist ‎- No Country For Old Men

God Is War and The Vomit Arsonist, two stalwarts in noise circles, released a collaborative album titled "No Country For Old Men" via Deathbed Tapes earlier this year in April. Constructed by merging death industrial and power electronics, this synthesis of both the genres and artists' visions results in a heavy, brutal listen that manages to hold your attention from start to finish.

Check out the digital version here. Stream below.

Djofuloerr - LXVII

Deathbed Tapes are on a roll! Released at the same time as Burnt Synapse, this new tape from Djofuloerr (Ghost and his wife Revna) runs under 50 minutes, but delivers a heavy blow loaded with industrial sounds, noise beats, horror samples and screwed electronics. Side B in particular sounds devilishly good, and could even appeal to some hardcore witch house fans. They actually debuted last year on Deathbed, so I'm about to check out that album soon. Once again, a solid release from the Deathbed crew.

Tapes are still available here. Stream the album below.

Burnt Synapse - Burnt Synapse

Burnt Synapse is a new project from the minds of Caleb McLaurin (Skintape) and Alex (?). Their self-titled tape was just released on Deathbed tapes and it's a skin-raising death industrial treat for all the lovers of eerie sonic transmissions. I love the use of strings in the "Final Operation". Make sure to check this one out.

Order a tape here, and stream the whole project below.

V.A. - Death Signal

"Death Signal" is the latest compilation from the experimental noise label Deathbed Tapes, showcasing a huge selection of artists that channel "...frequencies (that) were never meant to be heard". The resulting compilation is a twisted excursion into a leery corners of the sonic spectrum - expect dark ambient, industrial, drone, noise and even blackened beats. Sick sick sick.

You can order some tapes here, and stream the whole compilation below.

Morgue File - Deathbed Phenomena

Morgue File is the alias of Daniel Cornejo from California, who has a number of other projects, but it's this one that caught my ear. Death ambient and cold, morgue-themed noise transmissions form the epicentre of this album, delivering a whiff of deathly chill to your speakers.

Sadly, the tapes are sold out, but you can peep the digital version here.
