"Foursome" is a two-track EP from Hilde, that serves as a preview of his next album called "Pleuvoir / Interdit" (release date TBA). I really love the direction on "Melody of Stone", very dark, UK bass music like, sound like something that could end up on Mary-Anne Hobbs show. The creepy cover artwork was generated using DALL-E2. Hilde returns with a new covers album "Hollow Island", filled with eight mutant synthpop/tron disco/easy listening tracks for all your cosmic nightclub and cigar room parties' needs. Nine unrecognizable, vocoder-enhanced versions of tracks originally written by My Bloody Valentine, Peter Gabriel, Dusty Springfield, Mylène Farmer, Bruno Martino, Paris Sisters, Interpol and Fiction Factory. It's been a few months since his excellent compilation "Night's Fissure ", so it's great to hear this new conceptual project. It's an entertaining ride from start to finish, you can tell Xavier had a lot of fun recording those.

We just got a new LP from Hilde, and he's decided to share another album/compilation consisting of tracks he created between 2008 and 2013. Captioned as "collection of rarities, b-sides, unreleased, oddities" the record is a manifestation of Hilde's progress but also timelessness, "Night's Fissure" sounds like his best Sofia Reta recordings. Recommended.

New, surprise album from Hilde (fka Sofia Reta and Ʌ). Captioned 'a group of songs about aging', it's a beautiful and touching mix of modern classical, ambient and avantgarde synth music, accompanied by vocoder vocals. Fans of his previous LPs will definitely love this, but if you're into anyone from Air to Geinoh Yamashirogumi you'll dig it.
