Last year Taiwanese psych-rockers Mong Tong joined forced with Hong Kong duo Gong Gong Gong 工工工 and recorded album entitled "Mongkok Duel 旺角龍虎鬥". Above is the teaser of this collaboration, recorded live during their performance in Bejing. Absolute vibes. Download here or here.

Mong Tong - Indies 印

Wonderfully mellow 4-track goodness from the Taiwanese brothers Mong Tong, channelling some of that Not Not Fun psychedelia and far-east library music. "Indies 印" feels like a light breeze filled with tropical flavours that hits faces of sonic explorers cruising in search of their next tropic adventure. Love it!

Mong Tong - Tiang Shi

Taiwanese psychedelic trio Mong Tong premiered today their new single "Tiang Shi" on bandcamp. Trippy slow-burner that should satisfy fans of Sun Araw and Hype Williams. Apparantly the track is promoting their latest soon-to-be-announced merch set: an amulet and a blindfold. Watch this space (and cop the track if you dare).
