White Columns - Regret Is An Inevitable Consequence Of Life

"Regret Is An Inevitable Consequence Of Life" is an 18-minute drone epic. White Columns, like a monk on the edge of his temple, is sending out a heavy signal to guide lost wanderers and adventure seekers. To continue the story, roll the dice. Grab this composition here.

White Columns - Inside Voices / Outside Voices (Live at Share House, 13.06.2026)

Live recording of White Columns' performance that took place at Sharehouse in Adelaide on 13 June, 2026. "Inside Voices / Outside Voices" pivots from WC's usual noise explorations, instead channeling meditative ambient frequencies that emit an invisible zen aura throughout the four tracks this performance was divided into. The strings are something else here! Please give this one a go, it's really good.

White Columns - Desire Lines

Jolan Lisle, the man behind White Columns, has just released his second album entitled "Desire Lines". Recorded over the course of five months across the turn of the year, the album offers a wonderful micro-universe of sounds, populated by delicate ambient tones, ominous drones, lo-fi field recordings, and occasional noise techniques that add a unique touch of charm to the whole experience. This one is made for those lonely evenings, sitting in a comfy chair with a pair of headphones on, ready to catch all the intricacies White Columns has carefully crafted and selected here. Wonderful album.

White Columns - Ballet

"Ballet" is White Columns' ambient-noise piece, recorded in January this year and streatching over a 19minute and thirty-five second landscape. The music oscilates between soothing, lightly textured tones and static ambient wall. Relaxation mode on. Download the recording here.

White Columns - Crusher Of Fun

White Columns returns with a brand new live set recorded on the Australian radio show theeNoWShoW, on December 28 last year. "Crusher of Fun" is a 30-minute mix of avant experiemental, noise improv and neo-classical piano motifs. This sounds and feels like a live scoring of a modern horror movie.

The first release from Ghost Mirror came out on July 29, and a new batch of three new EPs premiered today. White Columns - Lessen

Rhythmic noise and mutated radio signals clash against the backdrop of anti-ambient soundscapes on White Columns album "Lessen". "Dramatic Moments" is peak music for something bad is about to happen. The following "Shaking In The Light" is even better, it preserves the tension, but with the vocals, the whole songs sounds like a dystopian lo-fi art-punk anthem. Fucking radical.

White Columns - Public Witness

White Columns is an experimental noise/industrial project of Jolan Lisle, a bassist and electronic musician based in Adelaide, Australia. His debut WC release, "Public Witness", consists of four sound sculptures shaped by noise and musique concrète explorations. It's a harsh and uncompromising mix - yet surprisingly approachable, thanks in part to its vaguely familiar samples and sounds. Perfect soundtrack for a cozy Monday night in.
