Sick mixtape from Beauty, based on his Soundcloud profile made all the way back in 2024, but released on his Bandcamp just two months ago (including download option, which I appreciate 100%). Featuring DJLOSTBOI, Aphex Twin, Dean Blunt and more. Stylistically it's quite all over the place, but that's why I love it. Grab it here.

Beauty - We Run The Skreets Mixtape

I just blogged about Beauty's new band Paradise, and two hours later found out he has a new mixtape out! "We Run The Skreets Mixtape" serves as a perfect dessert to his Vertigo Cult EP that came out two years ago, showcasing a number of influences that impact his production style. Of course there's a lot of Gucci Mane, but the original productions are what shine the most. Dope tape, make sure to buy it here.

Paradise - Strings

Paradise is a new project from the mind of Beauty, created in collaboration with an as-yet-unnamed singer. Their first single, "Strings", reverberates with echoes of the '90s dancefloor, sampled into a modern witch house/pop track. Loads of potential here—Ben has proven time and again that he is a force to be reckoned with. An amazing first release, you can buy it here.

Dakota Rogers - Your Life Your Days

Debut EP from Dakota Rogers, an alter ego of Ben from the ever-amazing Beauty. Released by All Blurred Out, the three-track release showcases a different side of Ben's production style - while still rooted in witch house, this one leans more towards shoegazing ethereal drag rather than straight-up hip-hop crushers. Each track on "Your Life Your Days" was recorded with a different collaborator (Charlatan, Gough, and Jardine), but Rogers' personality and style is the glue that makes them all sound cohesive and as one. Great stuff, new-wave witch is alive and well.

STRFLL - Forget (Remixes)

STRFLL managed to assemble a selection of aural misfits, witchy disruptors and new-wave punks for their new EP "Forget (Remixes)", which dissects my favourite single of 2025. Ritualz delivers a trance-infused witch house anthem, brilliantly deconstructing the vocal order of the original. The newcomer Exsufflation drags the track through the mud of hell, slowing down the tempo and adding that extra layer of grime. Karsino Kuuni totally rewires the original, turning it into an experimental, muffled horror. Beauty brings back the ethereal mood with an uplifting edit, but it's Mimmu who supplies my favourite remix here - his upbeat, two-step garage flip is just brilliant. The EP is wrapped up with [lyn]'s cinematic post-club banger. Heat left, right, and centre. Don't sleep on this release!

Pure Bliss is a new project conveived by Beauty andd Loneleff, who debut with the single "Crash". Mixing witch house, ethereal hip-hop and dream pop, they're off to an amazing start, the track feels like I've known it for ages. Cannot wait to hear more from them. The new EP on All Blurred Our from Dolleater, "SW▲N✞PS▼LMS", delivers three singles of delirious female witch-rap madness. Think Gvcci Hvcci meets Nicole Dollanganger, deranged and creepy witch house enchantments.

Beauty returns with homie Neurbanvolker, remixing Chief Keef's 2015 track "Psych Ward" and turning this quite o-kay trap song into a adrenaline-pumping banger. Stream here.

Sick collaboration / drag between Beauty and STRFLL, I have no idea who's the remixed singer here, "White Wall" doesn't really tell me much, but the instrumental is quite incredible, love the drum work in particular here! Stream it here.

Beauty - Down In The Dirt

Vertigo Cult once again delives a devilishly amazing debut, this time from U.S. producer Beauty. "Down in the Dirt" EP offers a witchy take on Gucci Mane's back catalogue, a trend that SALEM started in 2009 - but Beauty takes it to another level. The opening track "Lifestyle" is easily one of the best singles of the year, flawless mix of witch, rap and club. The whole EP flows perfectly, with ill production that juggles between up-tempo and slow beats, all in sync with the processed vocals of Gucci. I was never a fan of GMane but Beauty made him sound sick, and actually inspired me to dive into his old albums. Do not sleep on this icy package.
